Super Foods to the Rescue

I recently came across a list of 30 foods for healthy hair and skin.  Now that your Blue Crusader (my alter ego) hosts the weekly Internet radio show, The Bonnie Sher Show, Boomer Life, she has to have the hair right and skin tight, doesn’t she?

So I ventured to learn more and to print out a few of the recipes.  I wondered; however, how does this list stack up to others I’ve read?
